Every DEMA employee undergoes rigorous training to help recognize, avoid, abate, and prevent health and safety hazards in the workplace. From our OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications to our weekly “Toolbox Talk” safety briefings covering common construction safety topics, we review safety protocols on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
